The Due Process Clause, per the 14th amendment, clearly states that any defendant in a USA court of law has the right to testify. I don't get it. How many lies will this man spew to get his followers to stop swallowing the kool-aid.
A gag order, which his attorney should have already told him, doesn't have to do anything with testifying. A gag order, according to Nebraska Press association v. Stuart (1976) "is an order made by a court or government official, restricting information from becoming public knowledge. In most cases, a gag order is issued by a judge for the purpose of preventing witnesses and jurors from obtaining information about the case outside court to protect the integrity of the trial."
